Introduction
This article explains how to create and output cross-sections and alignments from temporary data created on a project.
Procedures and Explanation
Creating Cross-Sections
1) Select “Object Data” and choose the “created temporary data” from the referenced survey data.
Ensure the created temporary data is displayed (ON).
2) Click “Object data” from the menu of the selected temporary data. This creates a cross-section of the terrain and Linework creation data along the alignment,
which can be see in the viewer.
Export “Line Works Data”
Created cross-sections can be output in DXF format.
1) Created cross-sections can be viewed in the “Line Works Data” layer.
2) Click “Export as...” from the menu button to output the data in DXF format to your PC's download folder.

Alignment Output
Created alignments can be output in SIMA format.
1) Display the “Linework creation” of the created temporary data.
2) Click “Output” from the menu button to output the data in .sim format to your PC's download folder.
